			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today was weigh in day. Woot. I have lost three pounds! Im totally excited. And my mom, brother and myself signed up for a gym membership today! I am totally excited about it. It is at Peak Fitness. It was only 25 dollars to start a two year membership. And it will only be 25 dollars a month(per person). The gym is omg amazing. They have ever piece of equipment you could imagine, even the stair master! They also have a dance class about twice a month that I am going to try and catch some time. I love to dance so it should be fun. A lot of people I work with go to this gym as well so that is a plus.</p>
<p>Food, I didnt do to good on today. Well I did up until about 10pm and I got hungry for no reason. So I had a bowl of cereal. Im not hungry anymore, but I wish I could have not been hungry to begin with. But a thought just hit me! I have not drank as much water today as I have been this past week so I wonder if that could be a reason for my extra hunger problem today. lol</p>
<p>I was not going to work out any tonight and I posted on my other blog. I got a comment about how I should remember how well I will feel after I work out, so I ended up working out. I even got around to jump roping! I love to jump rope. So Today was alright. I expect more from myself though, thats for sure. I start going to the gym Monday. We are going to talk to the personal trainers to see where we should start with things. Hopefully I will catch on quick and my two free sessions with the trainers will be enough.</p>
<p>I moved some stuff around in my room today to give myself a little more room to exercise in. I plan on continuing working out a little at home as well at the gym. Don&#8217;t worry, I will not over do it. (I have the sudden urge to get on the treadmill.) I want to really lose the weight this time. I feel like I am headed in the right direction. (urge to get on treadmil gone now.)</p>
<p>Something funny, since I have been on this fitness thing I have had my T.V. on the Fit channel like non stop. lol I learn new tricks and exercises by watching it. Right now it is on but the T.V. is muted because I was listening to music as well.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wow today was a weird day. First my day started kind of crumby. It wasnt even anything, I just was not in the mood to get out of bed. I was running late and I almost forgot to eat breakfast and almost forgot to grab my lunch! But I made myself even later for work so that I could get everything in order. Luckily I had prepared everything the night before so it wasn&#8217;t so hard to stop for a second and eat and shove my lunch in my cute little lunch bag. Yay! So I had everything for the day. I even had a snack so I wouldn&#8217;t be tempted to grab a handy reese cup like yesterday. And after lunch my mood was a little better but I didn&#8217;t want to be at work. Oddly enough I wanted to be at home working out. lol I think I have made myself addicted to it. I love how I feel after a good workout.</p>
<p>Once I finally got home I was so tired that I didn&#8217;t want to do anything so I laid down and watched a little T.V. I eventually took about a 15 minute nap and when I got up I was ready to go again. So my quick nap was a good thing! So after I got up I ate dinner and it was oh so yummy. Then after dinner I talked to my mom for a bit telling her about some of the exercises I do, and tried to help her figure out what she needed to do to work the parts of her body she wants to focus on.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">So I have one more point left today and I have my chocolate ice cream bar that is 1 point that I will be eating here shortly. Yay for an awesome day of sticking to my Weight Watchers diet!</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I even got a good workout today! I started with the normal stuff I do every day and kept moving for a good 30 minutes. Then, because I did not want to get on the treadmill today I got my jump rope and went outside for about 10 minutes and came back in to finish with a final 5 minutes of stretches. My legs are actually kind of odd feeling. Lol They feel like they were not stretched good enough so I may end up stretching a little bit more before I go to bed. I actually feel a little bit of a cramp coming on. Lol</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">So over all, today was an awesome day on my diet. And honestly I have noticed I feel so much better. I even walk with my head held a little higher and walk straighter. My confidence is growing and my face is getting clearer. I am feeling so great about my life changes this time. Weigh in is Saturday but I will go ahead and tell you that I have lost a few pounds, but I will not tell you how much until Saturday. I am hoping to lose a little more before then. And I am hoping that I will have the money to get a work out video this weekend. It’s the Core Rythmes thing, it looks like so much fun and I already like to dance. There is nothing better than to dance for exercise.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">So now I say goodnight, once I watch Bones, Smallville, and Supernatural I am getting my lunch ready for tomorrow and off to bed. I hope I can do as good tomorrow as I did today.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span class="blog-entry">Hello again. This blog is probably going to be short because I am tired and I am ready to get to bed. I did almost okay on my WW plan today. But I screwed up because I had some resses cups&#8230;so bad. But that was the only thing I messed up on. I think I maybe went over&#8230;5 points more than what I was allowed. So not to bad. I will once again do better tomorrow.</p>
<p>Good news though! I worked out for 30 minutes! WOO. But I was a little depressed so I worked my self really really hard. I know I will feel it in the morning. lol Sadly I  have not got out my treadmill in a few days but I have been busting my tail with other things. Tomorrow I think I am going to jump rope a little bit.</p>
<p>Im sorry this is such a sort post, just enough to let everyone know how I did today. Im just feeling a little down and I want to get to bed. I got a lunch box today and some containers for fruits and sandwiches to take to work with me. So I will be eating healtier at work now. I was excited about the containers I got. They are rubbermaid containers and I got a set of 12 containers, 2 of each size, for 10 bucks. And my lunch bag was only 9 bucks. I even bought another plastic bottle for water so i dont waste a bunch of money on bottled water. So I will be doing a lot better.</p>
<p>Once again, sorry for the short post. I have to go get my lunch ready for tomorrow and get to bed.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>HELLO! I hope everyone had a fabulous day today. It was beautiful outside here. I worked until 11:30am and actually got off work on time today. I had to be there at 6am so I was ready to go. I did not have as much energy as I should today because I did not sleep well. I was reading before I went to bed last night and I got a little to into the book&#8230;but that is normal for me. lol</p>
<p>I am very proud of myself today, I actually stuck to my diet! AND! I exercised! Yes, I did my thing today. lol</p>
<p>So food as follows.</p>
<p>Breakfast: Cereal (5pts total)<br />
Lunch: Ham Sandwich and Pink Lemonade (6pts)<br />
Dinner: Stake and french fries with a little Ketchup. And a capri sun drink (8pts)<br />
Snacks: (all day) Yougart, granola bar, Ice creame(WW brand and oh so yummy), Grapes (6 points total)</p>
<p>For a grand total of 26! (actually I forgot to add something to my journal today and I dont know what it was but what I ate did equal 26 points. lol)</p>
<p>My limit is 26 points a day and I did it! *does a little dance*</p>
<p>I also did my exercises. I broke a sweat. I went about 25 minutes of continious&#8230;stuff. lol Squats, sit-ups, step-ups, more squats, more sit-ups&#8230;and other stuff I dont know what to call. lol But I cut short cause I was starting to feel a little fatigue because of my lack of rest last night. So I will work extra hard tomorrow night on my exercises.</p>
<p>I am feeling a little bad about not doing more of a work out tonight, but I am proud of myself for sticking to my diet. I think I am getting there. I like my exercises and with my mom doing the Weight Watchers diet with me it makes it easier. And also I have two online buddies that are sharing thier daily struggles with weight loss and that makes it even better. And of course the great support I have from my friends on my other blog.  I think this time I may just succeed.</p>

<p>So Maybe not so good today seeing how I only had 4 points after the peanuts.</p>
<p>Altogether today probably was not so great. But you know what, Tomorrow will be better. I will be less lenient on myself tomorrow. I will make my life better.</p>

<p>So here are my stats. I am 23, 5 foot 5 inches tall and I weigh 220 pounds. Yikes!</p>
<p>My goals:</p>
<p>To lose weight. lol I will be sharing all my ups and downs through this process. I am currently on week two of my path to a healthier life and I feel like I am finally commiting to this. So Here I am ready to show the world what I do wrong and what I improve on. I will not lie about what I ate or what I did one day. I am here to tell the truth to everyone and in return keeping myself honest.</p>
